No sign-up, no drip campaign. Here is what actually happens.
Where do we start?
With a conversation. Text me, book a call, or send a note. Tell me what you are looking for and when. I will tell you honestly whether Lakewood Ranch fits, and which villages I would look at first.
How do I pick a village?
Read the Lakewood Ranch guide, then two or three village guides. We make a shortlist together. Then we go look, in person, or on video if you are not here yet.
What about new construction?
I go to the builder with you. The agent in the sales office works for the builder, and the contract is the builder's. I work for you: I read the contract, I keep the timeline honest, and I am there at the walk-throughs.
Moving from out of state?
My Family Guide to Lakewood Ranch covers the move itself: the two counties, schools, fees and what to do in which order. It is a free PDF I send you.
