There is no clubhouse, no golf, and no fitness center to fund. There is also no CDD, so the tax bill carries no district bond line. Lakewood Ranch surrounds it, but Avaunce is not one of its villages, and the mailing address is Bradenton. Kids are zoned for Gullett Elementary, Mona Jain Middle, and Lakewood Ranch High.
