A gated Bradenton community off State Road 64 with two clubhouses and two pools.
Greyhawk Landing is a gated community in Bradenton, on the north side of State Road 64 east of I-75. Sam Rodgers Homes built it with Homes by Towne. The original side started in 2001 and sold out before 2007. Greyhawk Landing West opened in 2013, and its last homes went up around 2022. Every home is single family. Two clubhouses serve the community, each with a pool, plus a fitness center, courts, ball fields and trails through the preserve. A community development district owns those amenities and bills for them on the tax bill. The schools are Freedom Elementary, Haile Middle and Lakewood Ranch High.
